The Hotel

The conference and accommodations will be in the Sheraton Centre Hotel, located in downtown Toronto. Enjoy the wifi in your spacious rooms, work out at the fitness centre and indoor-outdoor pool, and unwind at the spa. There are extensive meeting spaces for the various workshops and sessions during the Conference, and a Grand Ballroom for the New Year’s Eve Party!  You can find out more about the hotel.

How to get to the Sheraton Centre Hotel?

Toronto Pearson International Airport

You can take the Union Pearson Express train from the airport to Union Station. It’s a convenient 25 minute ride, and trains come every 15 minutes. Fares are around $12.

Union Station

Whether you are travelling to Union Station from the VIA Rail Train, or from the airport, you can get to Sheraton Centre either by subway or by walking.

If you’re walking to the hotel, exit Union station and head along Front Street West towards York Street. Then walk along York street until you hit Queen Street West, and keep walking until you see the hotel. It’s approximately at 15 minute walk.

For the subway, take the route from Union Station to Queen Station. Walk along Queen Street West to Sheraton Centre.

Toronto Transit

If you are taking  the subway to Sheraton Centre, the station closest to the hotel is Queen.

Some transit apps available are Transit Now Toronto (Android only) and Transit App, which is both on Android and on the App Store.

Parking options

For the Sheraton Centre Parking Lot, there’s Valet Parking at a rate of $50.00 per night and $55.00 per night for oversized vehicles (subject to change) with unlimited in and out privileges. The availability is limited to 200 first-come, first-served spots, with a maximum of 20 oversized vehicles. Also featured are 20 minutes complimentary parking in the Motor Court for the unloading of luggage at time of arrival.

There are a variety of options both in Sheraton Centre and close to the venue. There is a Bistro and Bar located in the hotel lobby that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Other restaurants in the lobby include a steakhouse, a deli place, and a cafe.

Nearby food options are Assembly Chef’s Hall and the food court at Toronto Eaton Centre.

Wanted to try Beaver Tails? There are also food trucks around downtown Toronto serving many cuisines and delicious eats. The location and kinds of food available will vary depending on the date and time.


What is there to do around the Conference Venue?

Sheraton Centre Hotel is right in the heart of downtown Toronto. There are a variety of sites and activities within walking distance or a short bus ride away. Go ice skating in Nathan Phillips Square, see the city lights from the CN Tower, or watch your favourite marine animals in Ripley’s Aquarium.
